I’ll take time to understand your business and develop three distinct, original brand concepts for you to explore.
You will have a few days to sit with the concepts and choose the direction that feels right.
I’ll refine your chosen concept through one round of adjustments, such as colour, typography or layout changes.
Once the final payment is complete, you will receive your finished brand assets and style guide, ready to use across your business.

Timing
Your project will commence on Monday November 9th and you can expect to receive the first draft of your logos by Wednesday November 18. Project timing depends on receipt of discovery materials and feedback, with any revised dates subject to availability.
Website
As discussed, branding will be completed as a standalone project. Once finished, we can revisit your website needs and determine whether to proceed with a separately scoped and quoted website package.

Booking & Payment
The total investment is A$2,500, with a 50% non-refundable deposit of A$1,250 to commence and secure your booking. The remaining A$1,250 is payable upon completion, before final files are delivered.
Scope & Refinements
The package includes the deliverables outlined in your proposal, with three initial concepts and two rounds of refinements to one selected direction. Each round includes one consolidated set of written feedback. New directions, changes to the agreed brief or additional work will be quoted separately and approved before proceeding. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope are not charged as additional revisions.
Communication & Timing
Discovery and feedback are collaborative, with independent creative development between milestones. Email is the primary communication channel; additional meetings are by agreement. Timing depends on receiving completed discovery materials and feedback. If the project needs to pause, we’ll agree on a revised schedule subject to availability.
Approval & Delivery
Please check names, wording and supplied information carefully before approving final proofs. Your final assets and style guide will be delivered after full payment. Unselected concepts and internal working files are not included.
Usage Rights
After full payment, you receive an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial licence to use and adapt the final approved identity for Altered Fates. You may authorise suppliers to use it on your behalf and transfer the licence with the business. Copyright remains with the Designer. Third-party fonts and assets remain subject to their own licences; any required purchases will be identified in advance.

Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of the proposal and these terms and conditions, provided to you before payment.
