FINAL INVOICE - So Long Visual Language Expansion
A custom visual world designed to help So Long communicate with greater depth, beauty and consistency across Instagram, email and beyond.
Your package includes:
Review of your existing brand strategy and visual identity
60-minute creative-direction and visual-language Zoom session
Development of one overarching visual-language direction for So Long
A custom asset suite featuring:
+ 10–15 symbols, shapes or graphic marks
+ 4–6 backgrounds or textures
+ 5–7 repeatable graphic, image or motion treatments
(One or two motion-friendly treatments that you can apply to your own video footage)An editable Canva template suite featuring:
+ 3 Instagram post or Reel-cover templates
+ 3 reusable carousel systems
+ 3 email templates using your supplied Canva layoutsVisual Language Guide showing you how to combine and apply your new elements consistently presented as a recorded video demonstration showing you how to recreate the visual treatments using your own assets
Two rounds of consolidated edits
Finals shared as an organised Dropbox library containing all final assets in appropriate formats
Payment
The complete package is $2,222 AUD including GST.
50% deposit of $1,111 AUD paid via this link
50% remaining balance of $1,111 AUD is due before handover of finals
Creative Process
Once your deposit is received, we will book our creative-direction session and confirm the project timeline.
You will provide your existing brand files, Canva layouts, favourite references and any imagery or footage needed for the project.
I will first establish the overarching visual direction before developing the complete suite of assets and templates.
Your two included edit rounds are designed for refining the agreed direction. Please gather each round of feedback into one clear list so I can approach the changes cohesively.
A completely new direction, additional concepts or new deliverables outside this package can always be explored and quoted separately.
Terms & Conditions
This quote does not include:
A rebrand or logo redesign
Brand strategy or copywriting
Photography or filming
Ongoing video editing or finished video production
Ongoing social-media or email-content creation
Shopify or email-platform setup
Website design or development
Printing or production
Additional Canva formats or templates beyond those listed
Paid fonts, imagery, music or other third-party licences
Terms of Use
All assets created & shared with you can be used by you across future So Long materials, but the design of those additional applications is not included as part of this package.
Your Final Assets
Once the project has been paid in full, the final custom assets created for So Long are yours to use throughout your business. Fonts, Canva elements and any third-party materials remain subject to their original licences. Unselected concepts and my underlying creative process remain the property of Delta Venus.
Permission to Share
I would love to share the finished project within my portfolio and social channels once So Long has publicly launched the new visual world. Nothing unreleased will be shared without your permission.
Timing & Communication
The estimated project dates are:
Commencement: Wednesday September 23 (or once engaged)
Estimated Project Time: 3 Weeks ± Feedback Time
Time estimates rely on receiving your materials, feedback and approvals within a few business days at each stage. Longer delays may require the project to be moved to the next available opening in my schedule.
