This quote is for the creation of three original designs for Loco Love cards.
Valentine’s Day Card - 110mm x 170mm
Evergreen Sympathy Card - 110mm × 170mm
Loco Love Gift Card - (Dimensions TBC)
Loco Love to supply following elements prior to commencement of creative:
Text/Copy for each card (Current card backs include Loco Love logo, barcode and note about recycled paper stock)
Barcodes for back of card (if still using barcodes)
Confirmed dimensions and any printer specifications
Quoted Inclusions
Three original designs
Digital and printable versions of the gift card design
Creative style, typography and font sizing consistent with the existing Loco Love card collection
Two rounds of consolidated revisions.
Final print-ready PDFs and digital image files.
Project Terms & Conditions
Commencement + Timeline
Work begins once the deposit, complete brief, final wording and confirmed dimensions have been received. Estimated turnaround is three weeks, subject to timely feedback. Delays in receiving content or approvals may extend delivery.
Payment Terms
Total project fee: A$1,500.00 including GST
A 50% deposit of A$750 is required to secure the booking and is credited towards the total project fee. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels or decides not to proceed, as it secures dedicated project time and covers research, concept development and design work undertaken before the first draft is presented.
The remaining A$750 is payable following final design approval and before the final files are released.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Each round consists of one consolidated set of feedback covering all three designs. Additional rounds, new concepts or changes to the agreed scope will be quoted and approved before work proceeds.
Approval
Loco Love is responsible for checking and approving all wording, names, dimensions and other supplied information before final export. Changes requested after approval may incur an additional fee.
Deliverables
The fee covers design and final file preparation. Printing, website implementation and editable working files are excluded.
Artwork use
Upon full payment, Loco Love may reproduce the approved designs on the agreed cards and gift-card formats, and use them to promote those products. Copyright remains with Paige Hasaballah / DELTAVENUS. Other uses, including packaging or unrelated merchandise, require a separate agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the project scope and terms and conditions outlined above.
