In a conscious effort to minimise waste, all items listed on my store are printed to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to printed & posted. This process is streamlined to be as fast as possible. If you are worried about your order being delivered by a certain date please email me to confirm estimated delivery & processing times.

Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All domestic orders in Australia are estimated to arrive between 5-10 days from posting. All domestic orders are now required to have tracked shipping. You will be able to track the location of your artwork via the Australia Post website. 

International Shipping
All international orders outside of Australia are subject to arrive at different times depending on your location. Typically these orders will arrive within 7-15 days once your order is printed/produced and ready to send.

Delayed or Returned Orders

All orders are packed with love and care and posted with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way. Delta Venus is not liable for any orders that are undelivered or returned once they leave Australia. Although this is a rare outcome with thousands of orders being delivered quickly and safely globally, occasionally shipping issues in receivers countries can occur. Please get in touch to so we can work together to find a solution to your delivery issues.
