In a conscious effort to minimise waste, all art prints in the Delta Venus store are printed to order. This means your artwork is created specifically for you, reducing excess stock and unnecessary printing.

Please allow 5–10 business days for art prints to be printed and prepared before shipping.

All decks and physical items are not print-to-order.
These are carefully packed and shipped by hand from my studio.

If you’re hoping to receive an order by a specific date, please email me beforepurchasing so I can confirm estimated processing and delivery times.

Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.
Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

International Shipping
International orders may vary depending on location. Most arrive within 14-20 business days after production (for prints) or dispatch (for in-stock items).

Delayed or Returned Orders

All orders are packed with care and sent with tracking so you can follow their journey. Once an order leaves Australia, Delta Venus is not liable for delays, losses or returns caused by international postal systems or customs. That said, if an issue arises, please get in touch — I’m always happy to work with you to find a solution where possible.
