1. Branding & Visual Identity
Scope of Work
Refinement of existing logo, including subtle adjustments to font pairing, colour treatments, spacing and/or texture
Incorporation of new, channelled artwork specifically for use within festival branding system
Development of a brand typography system (primary and secondary typefaces with hierarchy guidelines)
Creation of an expanded colour palette with recommended usage specifications
Establishment of a unified visual direction, including guidance for shapes, textures, motifs and layout style
Deliverables
Updated logo files (print + digital formats)
Typography system guide
Colour palette guide
Visual style guide reference document
2. Design Assets & Application
Scope of Work
Visual styling updates for website to align with refreshed brand identity including implementation across the entire site (public pages, back-end automated pages, mobile version etc.)
Poster template design including variations for choice and one round of edits
Social media template design with 3 variations
Festival signage design including variations for choice and one round of edits
Optional merchandise concepts (t-shirts, wristbands, stickers, tote bags, etc.)
Creation of a small asset library for ongoing use (icons, patterns, textures)
Deliverables
Editable templates (where applicable)
Final production-ready files
Digital asset library package
Payment Terms
Total Investment: $7,000 AUD (approx $4,980 USD)
70% Deposit: $4,900 AUD (due to commence and secure scheduling)
30% Final Payment: $2,100 AUD (due prior to final file delivery)
A 70% deposit is required before work begins and confirms your project booking. The remaining 30% balance must be paid in full prior to release of final artwork and deliverables. All final files will be supplied once full payment has been received.
All pricing is listed in AUD. Updated packaged price is offered at a consolidated rate.
